When you 'buy' our pixels you will not 'own' any part of our site, but rather you are granted the right to submit and manage an image and link which will then be published on the page you ordered from, in the respective space you have paid for
You cannot change the position of your image once you have submitted your order, so you must be sure of the images position before you submit your order. If you do not like the position of your image, don’t complete your order, just close the browser and start again. Your link and text ad can be changed at anytime after submitting your order. Each page will have its own time frame as to how long your ad will run
No obscene/offensive/adult images/Casinos and paying online lottery/Porn/Cigarettes brands/drugs of anny kind /Alcohol without health warning message/slurs of any kind/ links or images will be accepted, and we decide what is appropriate for our site. If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded and you will lose your pixels
If your image and link are accepted and published on any page, you cannot get a refund
If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show obscene/offensive/adult images/Casinos and paying online lottery/Porn/Cigarettes brands/drugs of any kind/Alcohol without health warning message/slurs of any kind/ material, then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime. The 2nd time you link to unacceptable material you will receive a warning that the 3rd time you link to unacceptable material, you will be banned, and deleted from our system with no refund
If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from our site, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and the space will become publically available again
Images must be the exact size you have paid for (eg. 100 pixels = 10x10 pixels)
Images must be in GIF or JPEG format, and a reasonable file size
Images must NOT be animated (imagine how messy our pages would look)
Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://
You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit
Funds must be fully recieved and cleared before your pixels go live on our advertising pages
There might be occasional downtime for site maintenence but I'll try and keep these to a minimum
Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared (eg. in my PayPal or bank account), I will aim to get your pixels online within 24-48hrs (but please have patience for the times we may be swamped)
As always we reserve the right to make changes to these terms as needed to protect "US" as well as to protect "YOU" our advertisers
